Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Isla Bonita pieces! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery or purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or sales receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Send an email to islabonitapuertoricoo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Once approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
